Thank you so much for making our long awaited Greek vacation such a success!!!! We had a wonderful time and with your expertise and the fabulous customer service of everyone connected with Fantasy Travel, our vacation far exceeded our expectations!!!

Here is some specific feedback on the trip:

1. We were very grateful that you handled all the changes to our itinerary and ticketing that were caused by our flight delays in Atlanta. The extra night in Athens turned out to be quite fun! Nelli was incredible to accompany us to the hotel and explain each step of the next day's travel.

2. Naxos...for the future. The ferry was longer than we realized. If we had known of the duration of the boat ride, we probably would have paid extra for the best seats available. The hotel Porto Naxos was beautiful and looked to be one of the best on the island. The down side was customer service: we were only one of two parties staying at this hotel. The original room wouldnt fit all three of us on the balcony so we asked for an upgrade. We were charged an additional 40 euros per night for the better room. Also, the gentleman wouldn't let us take his pool towels or room towels to the beach. An inconvenience I didn't understand. The island itself was quaint and quiet, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you also for sending us to Naxos BEFORE Santorini!

3. Santorini...Lucy with Bellonias Travel did an outstanding job for us. She even refunded 15 euros to us and had them delivered to our hotel based upon a change in one of the excursions we booked with her. This may seem little but it really impressed us that she took care of that "little" detail...I'm not sure that would have happened in the US! Dana Villas was spectacular! THE most beautiful view I have ever seen. Thank you so much for choosing that hotel for us....it truly was the very best part of our trip.
