I am writing to express my gratitude to Vasso Gerassimidis. I had taken a highspeed ferry from Santorini to Athens on August 12th and had mistakenly left my iphone on the boat. The next day my husband and I went to Fantasy travel. Ms. Gerassimidis spent a lot of time listening to our plight and taking many steps to try and help us. It was because of her persistence and dedication in helping us that the phone was found. She also arranged a taxi cab to pick up the phone and deliver it to us. Ms. Gerassimidis went above and beyond to help us and we are extremely grateful to her for helping us through this as it saved us the trouble and additional cost if we had to replace the phone. Because of this experience, my husband and I would definitely book another trip with Fantasy travel when we visit Greece again, in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family.
