Ship and cruise companies maintain the right to make changes on all cruise itineraries. Rates and ships are also subject to change by each cruise company without prior notice.

Tours & Sightseeing
Mainland tours and excursions, whether organized or private, include air-conditioned motor coaches. All such tours that include visits to archaeological sites and museums are guided by professionally licensed English speaking tour guides. On some instances non-private tours are carried out in two languages.

Domestic Ferry & Plane tickets
Please note that in order to provide domestic ferry or plane tickets you will have to book a complete package which will also include accommodation and transfers.

Rates
All posted rates are subject to change, which may be attributed to increases imposed by various providers such as hotels, tours and cruise operators, currency fluctuation or fuel surcharges. Please note that ferry and plane tickets, as well as port taxes are non-commissionable.

Sequence of Itinerary
In certain cases, the sequence of events and places to be visited may change from the order shown due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Deposits & Final Payment
According to the policy of Fantasy Travel, a deposit in the sum of 35% of your total booking is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be received 45 days prior to the starting date of your services at the very latest. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required to secure your reservation. If the cost of your selected services is less than 500 euro, full payment is required to secure the reservation regardless of your booking date.

  • For reservations including cruises or hotels which require full or partial prepayment at the time of booking, a different policy applies. Your personal agent will inform you accordingly for the payment and cancelation policy of your reservation.

Services not Included in the Indicated Price
Unless otherwise indicated in the proposed itineraries, the following services are not included in the indicated prices; international airfare, passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion), items of a personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling, optional tours and shore excursions.

  • According to Greek legislation, a climate resilience fee is applied to all hotels in Greece. We would like to inform all guests that this fee is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid directly by the guests at each hotel during their stay.

Changes & Revisions
Once a deposit payment has been received a charge of 50 € will be imposed for any change or revision thereafter.

The following cases are exempt from the clauses of the Standard Cancelation Policy:

  •  In packages including weddings, groups over 10 persons, standalone cruises or programs including a multi-day cruise a different cancelation policy applies. You will be informed about the cancelation policy that applies to you by your personal agent prior to the payment.
  • In Special Condition Programs: For predefined or tailor-made special offers with a partial or full non-refundable cancelation policy, the above table is not applicable. In such cases the applicable cancelation policy is either written on the Special Offer vacation package presentation webpage or you will be informed about the one that applies to you by your personal agent prior to the payment.

Inability of execution due to “Force Majeure”
In the event of force majeure circumstances arising in your travel destination, be it political upheavals (war, governmental lockdown etc.) or natural disasters (pandemic, catastrophic earthquakes or floods, volcano eruption etc.), which cause inability to provide the agreed upon services, then the above standard cancelation policy or non-refundable cancelation policy is not applicable.

The adjusted policy that applies to you is dependent on whether you purchased (A) a complete travel package or (B) some combination of individual travel products. It is worth noting that a complete travel package consists of at least the following services (hotel accommodation, transfers and domestic flight or ferry tickets).

  • Complete vacation packages
In this case a flat cancelation fee of 200 € per person is applied. Please note that this is the minimum cancelation fee, which applies only as long as other providers of the services included in your package (hotels, cruise lines, ferry companies, airlines) do not charge any additional cancelation fees, having also adjusted their respective policies to the nature of the force majeure event. If that is not the case, any additional cancelation fees will be added on top of the aforementioned 200 € per person.
  • Any combination of individual travel products
In this case a cancelation fee of 15% of the total cost of your purchased services is applied as administrative and handling fee. Please note that this is the minimum cancelation fee, which applies only as long as other providers of the services included in your package (hotels, cruise lines, ferry companies, airlines) do not charge any additional cancelation fees, having also adjusted their respective policies to the nature of the force majeure event. If that is not the case, any additional cancelation fees will be added on top of the aforementioned 15%.

Refund procedure during “Force Majeure” events
In the event of simultaneous mass cancelations during a “Force Majeure” event, emergency legislation by the official State Authorities regarding the refund procedure can be introduced. During such an event and in accordance with this temporary emergency legislation, we reserve the right to issue credit vouchers instead of immediate cash refunds. The aforementioned vouchers will have a specific duration and after their expiry, the holder is entitled to receive a refund in the form of the initial payment, either to a credit card or a bank account.

Celestyal Cruises Cancelation Policy
