I couldn’t be more happy with Fantasy Travel and their staff. In my recent travels to Greece I lost my passport and on my return to the USA the airline lost my luggage. In both of these occasions Fantasy Travel was there to help with representatives willing to make changes to my scheduled travel to accommodate the situation. They (Litsa) changed my 5 day coach trip to 4 day (and we didn’t miss a thing) so I could be back in Athens to take care of the lost passport. However my luggage did not follow me. The airline put a tracer on my bag. After 5 days I emailed Fantasy Travel (Litsa) and ask for their help they immediately replied and within a day my bag arrived at my front door. I don’t know if it was due to their intervention or not but what I do know is Fantasy is there to help. I am grateful to have booked with such a dependable travel agency.
