Once we pick you up from your hotel in Athens we will hit road taking the coastal route and passing by the Corinth Canal, a marvel of human ingenuity, to reach our first stop; an olive grove near the city. You will learn the age-old secrets of olive oil production based on a tradition that goes back to antiquity. Our culinary exploration will begin with the tasting of numerous extra virgin olive oils, boasting distinct notes and aromas.

Our next stop will be to a local vinegar producer, where tried and tested techniques meet modern innovation to create a meticulous process of transforming wine into exquisite vinegar. Engage your palate with a tasting of velvety balsamic vinegars and other organic grape products. We will then move from the byproduct to the original actor, wine itself! We will journey through the vineyards of Corinth, where wine-making has been considered an art for many centuries. After delving into the ancient history of the region we will immerse ourselves in a curated wine tasting experience, savoring the nuanced profiles of the famous Nemean wines!
