After we pick you up from your hotel we will first go past Stafylos, a historic cape featuring a beautiful beach, and then Agnontas, a small leeward bay used as a subsidiary harbor. It was named after the long-distance runner who was crowned an Olympic winner, after his return on the island in 596 BCE. We'll proceed to Panormos, nowadays a small waterside settlement with numerous taverns, that was once one of the three fortified towns of Skopelos. From the road we'll be able to catch a glimpse of the beach in Millia as we move on to the coastal village of Neo Klima, where the green of the pine trees meets the blue of the sea creating an image out of a painting. From the new to the old, as we find ourselves in Palaio (old) Kilma, a village that, was gradually abandoned by its residents to build the Neo Klima starting in the 1980s. Even though it is now abandoned, Palaio Klima features old stone houses built amphitheatrically and overlooking the Aegean Sea and can be a hauntingly beautiful sight. Our last village for the day will be Glossa. A traditional village built on top of a hill, Glossa's picturesque streets and cobbled alleys, offer ample opportunity for charming photos.

We are only an hour in the tour and it is time for the portion you were truly waiting for! Any fan of Mamma mia will instantly recognize the sight of the Chapel of Agios Ioannis, as it was the famous church featured in the film! Take in the scenery, run up the stairs of the chapel just like Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan and sing a verse or two of "The winner takes it all"! After you've taken photos to your heart's content, we will set off for Loutraki, the second port of Skopelos, located at the northwestern edge of the island. On our way back, we will stop at the marvelous beach of Kastani, in which some major scenes of Mamma Mia were filmed. Dip your toes in the azure waters or take a quick swim if you so choose and make sure you work up an appetite because we are about to head to Panormos for lunch! Afterwards, we'll hop back on to our transport, hopefully serenated by some of your favorite Mamma Mia songs!
