Simplicity reigns in this package which focuses solely on soaking up all that Santorini has to offer. After exploring the capital and joining the half day sightseeing tour that takes you to the most prominent sites in Athens, you will take a ferry to your main destination. The majestic volcanic island on the heart of the Cyclades has been shaped as a crescent sure to eruptions that took place millennia ago. Shrouded in myth as it is believed by many to be the lost Atlantis, Santorini has an exciting history that goes back to ancient Greece. Producer of fine wines and Mediterranean delicacies, this gem of an island is perhaps most famous for its glorious sunsets. With the sun diving in the Aegean Sea, the sky is illuminated by an indescribable pallette of colors. Sailing is big on the island as it is the only way to reach some of Santorini's best beaches which are laid with volcanic pebbles of various colors.

You can always enrich this experience by adding a visit to one of a number of destinations ranging from the cosmopolitan Mykonos, to the traditional Crete or even alternative islands like Milos, Sifnos, Naxos or Paros.

Day 1 - Arrival in Athens
On arrival you will be met by our assistant and transferred to your hotel by your personal driver. Have the rest of the day to relax and start your acquaintance with the city at your own pace. Make sure the night finds you in a cozy tavern with a glass of ouzo in your hand and a view of the Acropolis!

Day 2 - Athens Half Day Sightseeing Tour
In the morning you will join the Athens sightseeing tour, which is the most efficient way to visit the most important sites in the city in just a few hours. It goes without saying that the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum will be the highlight of the tour, but you will also get the chance to visit other points of interest like the Greek Parliament with its traditionally dressed Evzonoi guards, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch and many more!

Day 3 – Travel to Santorini
After a fulfilling breakfast, you have a transfer from your hotel to the Piraeus port waiting for you. Once your driver drops you off at the port, you will hop on the ferry to Santorini and traverse the blue waters of the Aegean to reach the heart of the Cycladic complex. There, our local collaborator will driver you to your hotel and once you take a load off, you can begin your exploration of the island!

Days 4 & 5 – Experience Santorini
The island of Santorini has acquired a crescent shape due to the volcanic activity of ages long passed. Now the dormant volcano is submerged, giving rise to the magnificent sight of a caldera, while its past eruptions have created a diverse and uniquely colored coastline, with Santorini boasting a Red, a White and a Black beach! Beach hopping can be fun but is also one of the many ways you can enjoy your stay in Santorini. Exploring the villages of Oia and Imerovigli can be eye-opening as to how a Santorinian lives, while the Archaeological Site of Akrotiri, houses important finding of ancient settlements. If you feel like there is not enough time to explore everything, you can sample most of Santorini’s sites on board a catamaran with a sunset sailing tour around the island!

Day 6 – Return to Athens
Transfer from your hotel to the port to catch your ferry back to the Greek capital. On arrival you will be met by our assistant and transferred to your hotel. For your last night in Athens, we recommend hitting Ermou street for some last minute shopping and maybe picking up a few souvenirs for the friends back home that couldn’t join you.

Day 7 – Departure from Athens
Our assistant will be waiting for you at the lobby of your hotel and transfer you to the airport in order to catch your flight.
