Explore the significance of Ancient Corinth, one of the most important city-states of Ancient Greece with a half-day tour! Starting from Athens, we will drive along the scenic coastal roads of the Saronic Gulf to cross the awe-inspiring artificial canal that separates Attica from Peloponnese. Soon after we will reach Ancient Corinth, where the remains of the Agora and the 6th century B.C.Temple of Apollo exhibit the richness and importance Corinth enjoyed during antiquity. The city is not without spiritual magnitude as Apostle Paul preached there and subsequently authored his Epistles to Corinthians.

You will be picked up from select spots near Athens and take the picturesque route along the coast with a view to the Saronic Gulf, heading South to cross the iconic Corinth Canal. Even though the idea of its construction has been in existence since the days of Ancient Greece, it was only created during the late 19th century. We will take a short stop for pictures before proceeding to the site of Ancient Corinth, where the remains of the Temple of Apollo, the Agora and the Ancient Theater are just some of the sites worth visiting. The city itself is not without spiritual magnitude as Apostle Paul preached there and subsequently authored his famous Epistles to Corinthians.
