This tour is comprised of a round trip through North Peloponnese and Central Greece, with stops to several points of interest, both of historical and of cultural nature. Experience ancient Greek history and loaf around like a local in charming towns in an amalgamation of destinations that will appeal to all kinds of travelers.
Starting from Athens, we will take the coastal road south and enter Peloponnese via the impressive Corinth Canal and reach the Theater of Epidaurus, a monument to the performing arts. We'll use the beautiful and charming town of Nafplion as our base in Peloponnese and launch expeditions to Mycenae, an important bronze age citadel, and Ancient Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games. We will traverse all of North Peloponnese and cross back into Central Greece through the Rio-Antirio bridge and make our way to Delphi, home to the famous Oracle in the Temple of Apollo.
