Being in a city with so many sites to visit can be overwhelming, so for those that simply don't where to start, we've significantly simplified the process of exploring the highlights of Athens with a half day tour! In just a few hours you will see the best that the historic Athenian center has to offer such as the Parliament, the Temple of Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium, the Academy of Athens, the National Library and of course the Acropolis and its new Museum! Once you hop off the tour, start exploring the city just like a local; in the picturesque neighborhood of Plaka you will find gift shops and traditional taverns, in Kolonaki you will find classy bistros and jewelry stores and in Psirri you will chance upon an underground bar or two and explore the alternative side of the city!

We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the port of Piraeus to begin your adventure in the Aegean by catching the ferry to Sifnos. Once there, our local representative will be waiting to greet you and help you settle in your hotel. During your first night on Sifnos we recommend exploring the capital Apollonia. Featuring beautiful churches, traditional pottery studios and vivid bars, a walk through the alleys of Apollonia can take many different forms just by taking an unexpected turn.

  • Days 4, 5 & 6 - Enjoy Sifnos
An independent spirit such as yourself requires ample time to create their own vacation and the next three days will offer just that freedom. For the more adventurous types, the hiking trails of Sifnos can help you stay active during your vacation while exploring the island on foot or bike. At the end of each trail you can find small churches, or secluded beaches like Apokofto and Vathi. If you want to experience a deeper dive into Sifnian culture, a visit to villages such as Artemonas and Kastro can be illuminating, with the later aksi featuring a 14th century castle. Finally, don't forget to explore the different flavors that are quintessentially Sifnian such as mastelo and melopita or for those with a sweet tooth, amygdalota and ypovrychio. If you want someone to assist you by providing context on Sifnian landscapes and culture, consider booking a tour focusing on the architecture of Sifnos.

In either case, make sure you find a traditional seafood tavern and begin your culinary exploration of Milos!

The uninhabited island is to a large extend owned privately by the Greek Orthodox Church so you will be one of the few people to have ever actually set foot on it! The day on board will be full of food, drinks and laughter and once the evening sets in you will have made a complete circle of Milos and be back on Adamas to spend the rest of the night as you wish!
